poolParts2u.com Warranty, Product Purchases, Returns and Chargeback Policy (06/19/2006) Warranty – All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Please consult appropriate manufacturer for warranty terms and conditions particular to their product. Parts Depot will process manufacturer defective merchandise for replacement within the first 30 days. After 30 days, customer must process warranty claims directly with the manufacturer. Return Policy – Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE returning any products. Issuance of an RMA does not mean credit will be issued. Credit will only be issued after returned product is received in original condition and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee or a $15.00 minimum. No allowance will be made for shipping costs; inbound or outbound. Product being returned must be shipped prepaid. Product returned without an RMA or with freight collect will be refused. No returns allowed after 30 days from purchase date. Product returned due to Parts Depot error will not be subject to a restock fee. Special orders (parts not carried in our inventory) cannot be cancelled and are not returnable for any reason unless they are found to be defective. Electronic parts (anything with a circuit board) and gas valves are not returnable for any reason unless they are found to be defective. Shipping – Product pricing does not include shipping. Shipping and handling charges will be added to all shipments. Standard shipping is U.S. Mail or UPS Ground. Quoted shipping prices are for Continental U.S.A. only. Additional charges will apply for Alaska & Hawaii and international shipments. Sales Tax – All orders shipped within California will have the applicable sales tax added. Also, drop shipments from the manufacturer to states where the manufacturer has facilities will also be subject to sales tax.
